Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CAEVIX HQ, the AI Operating System offered by CAEVIX ("CAEVIX", "we", "us"), a software company founded by Daniel Gustavsson and based in Alvhem, Sweden. By creating an account or using CAEVIX HQ, you agree to these Terms.

1. CAEVIX HQ

CAEVIX HQ is an AI Operating System that orchestrates specialized AI Employees across operations, marketing, content, finance and analytics. Customers can enable AI Employees, connect third-party Connected Services and delegate work through conversational executive dialogues.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Connected Services and Connected Accounts

CAEVIX HQ integrates with third-party Connected Services (such as TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Amazon and PayPal, as well as future integrations) via each provider's official APIs and OAuth 2.0. Your use of a Connected Service through CAEVIX HQ is also governed by that provider's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for compliance with them. Providers may change, rate-limit or discontinue their APIs at any time, which may affect features of CAEVIX HQ.

4. AI Employees and AI-generated output

AI Employees inside CAEVIX HQ use AI models to generate text, imagery, plans and other output at your instruction. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing, transacting or otherwise acting on it. AI output may contain inaccuracies and must not be treated as professional, legal, medical or financial advice. You are responsible for ensuring generated output does not infringe third-party rights, violate applicable laws or breach the policies of any Connected Service where it is used.

5. Commerce and affiliate content

CAEVIX HQ may help you produce content that links to storefronts, products or affiliate programs across Connected Services. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms of any commerce or affiliate program you participate in, for making all required disclosures, and for the accuracy of pricing and product information you publish.

6. Customer responsibilities

• You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process it to operate CAEVIX HQ.
• You will not use CAEVIX HQ to publish content that is illegal, deceptive, harmful or infringing.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or misuse CAEVIX HQ or its APIs.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use CAEVIX HQ to generate spam, engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, impersonate others, scrape Connected Services in violation of their terms, or circumvent rate limits or security controls.

8. Third-party API limitations

Features that depend on third-party providers (including Connected Services and AI model providers) are subject to those providers' availability, rate limits and terms. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any integration.

9. No guarantee of third-party outcomes

We do not guarantee that any content, listing, transaction or campaign produced with CAEVIX HQ will be approved, distributed, indexed or monetized by any Connected Service. Each provider independently controls all decisions regarding moderation, distribution and account status on its own platform.

10. Fees

CAEVIX HQ may offer free and paid tiers. Paid features, if any, will be described at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using CAEVIX HQ and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.

12. Disclaimer

CAEVIX HQ is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAEVIX and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of CAEVIX HQ. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to CAEVIX HQ will not exceed the greater of the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or EUR 100.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CAEVIX harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of CAEVIX HQ or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

16. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time as CAEVIX HQ evolves and new Connected Services and AI Employees are added. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
